Steven J. Pully

Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel

Steven J. Pully has served as the Chairman of the Board since March 2019, as a member of the Board since June 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer, President and General Counsel since April 2021. In addition to his work for Harvest, he provides investment banking and consulting services and also serves as a board member for several companies. From 2008 until 2014, Mr. Pully served as General Counsel and a Partner of the investment firm Carlson Capital, L.P. Mr. Pully was also previously a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns and a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities. Mr. Pully is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Pully earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and is also a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.

Lance G. Sepulvado

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Lance G. Sepulvado has served as the Vice President and CFO since April 2021. Mr. Sepulvado joined the company in July 2016. Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Sepulvado worked in the Energy Finance group at Comerica Bank from June 2014 to June 2016. He holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University.
